To Sean and McCrary Law Firm,
To say I’m writing this as a satisfied client would be the understatement of a lifetime. I don’t know if there are words to express the gratitude I have that my personal injury case was connected with Sean McCrary. I got into a car accident in October of 2020 that left me with six bulging discs from my neck to lower back. I had landed an agent at one of the top five agencies in the world and was in the middle of pitching a television franchise to A-list talent and studios. Because of this accident, my life and work came to a halt.
The accident happened in Colorado and I was referred by a friend to another law firm. Initially, it seemed like it would be a fit. I did everything they and the doctors recommended from chiropractors, to physical therapy, MRIs, spinal surgeon recommendations and everything else. Despite all of that, it would be three grueling years with poor communication from the firm, and a lot of sitting around waiting, unclear of what was being done on my part. All the while, my deal fell apart because at the time I couldn’t sit and write or leave to go and pitch.
Fast forward to July/August of 2023, I get a message from the law firm that the attorney handling my case had left the company and they were dissolving the personal injury practice. Needless to say, I lost all confidence that it would ever end. I hated the idea of starting over. Thankfully, the paralegal there didn’t want to hang me out to dry looking for another attorney. Enter Sean.
From the very first conversation I had with Sean, I could tell a few things; 1. He knew what he was talking about. 2. He asked a lot of questions and cared about my answers and 3. He was going to get results. That was October of THIS year 2023. It is now, November 8th as I write this, and not only has Sean all but completely closed this case, he was able to secure $100k more than what the other firm did, he’s wrapping up the remaining medical bills, and got me my money. His response time was fast, he’s thorough and very clear. I told Sean from the beginning that I wanted to be honest, upfront and do this the right way. Sean told me “I do things by the book. Trust me and I will take care of you.” And I’m so glad I did. It’s unbelievable that this one person could do, in under a month, what an entire firm couldn’t in three years. It goes to show the power of a GREAT, dedicated and solid attorney/person. My parents have been put at ease as they have been worried this entire time and I can look into continuing some treatments. Thank you isn’t enough to express how I feel. I would recommend Sean a thousand times over. He single handedly restored my trust.
